Melanie liaises with the network of exchange colleges for Box Hill Institute, coordinating the marketing and promotion of opportunities and recruitment of participants for student exchange projects, and supports students while they are overseas on exchange.  Melanie can assist with accommodation and course arrangements and can talk to you about the costs involved in doing an exchange.  Melanie can also give advice about where to find information about visas, working overseas, and getting travel insurance.

Where can you find the Study Abroad Office?

The Study Abroad Office is located in Building 3 on Elgar Campus at 465 Elgar Road Box Hill, third floor at E3.331 (the glass door beside HACS Reception) – just ring the bell!  The office is open between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.  If possible, ring ahead to make sure Melanie is available to meet with you.  You don’t have to visit our office in person.  If you prefer, you can email Melanie with any enquiry, or ring (03) 9286 9075.
