Box Hill Institute welcomes all feedback including general comments, compliments, suggestions and concerns. Our strong commitment to a dynamic customer service culture means that your feedback will be responded to initially within 5 working days.
Serious concerns will be raised with appropriate management for action (Grievance Guidelines and Procedures). Issues of a more general nature are responded to, actioned and if a service gap is identified, incorporated into the Institute’s continuous improvement programme.

Alternatively you can put a “…your thoughts? “ postcard in the silver Suggestion Boxes located on the Box Hill Institute campus.
