Fountains Restaurant has been operating for more than 29 years and is one of Australia’s
premier training restaurants producing renowned chefs such as Tobie Puttock, George
Calombaris, Guy Grossi, Adam D’Sylva, Frank Camorra, Joe Vargetto and Curtis Stone
just to name a few.

Your support gives future up and coming Chefs and Hospitality students the opportunity to
gain real life experience during their studies and we thank you for your continual support.
