Spa Treatments

Facials

• Self Renewal Face and Body - 90 minutes
  A blissful spa experience, this provides total relaxation and skin rejuvenation and includes a foot and scalp massage.

• Customised Facial - 30 or 60 minutes
  Your therapist will design an individual treatment with customised products, aromas and techniques to balance your skin and address your specific skin concerns.

Body Treatments 

• Customised body masque - dry room 60 minutes, (with vichy or hydro 75 minutes)
  Marine and herbal extracts, aromatic plant essences and hydrating botanicals combine for dynamic physical and emotional effects. A warmed full body masque is applied before you are cocooned in a comforting wrap. A deep sense of tranquillity follows with a stress-relieving scalp massage.
  

• Body Elixir - 75 minutes
  A deluxe spa treatment. Muscle tension is eased with a high pressure stream of water, followed by a cascade from overhead showers to stimulate the body’s chakra points, understood in eastern traditions as the seven primary centres of energy.

• Body Polish - 45 minutes
  A full body exfoliation using the therapeutic benefits of Dead Sea salts or conditioning plant and nut oils. Personalised by your therapist, this treatment is ideal before self tan, or special occasion.

• Essential Back Treatment - 45 minutes
  Designed to bring purity and balance to the skin, while relieving tension, this treatment focuses on cleansing, skin exfoliation, back massage and masque therapy. A facial for the back, the treatment removes skin impurities and leaves skin cleansed, toned and smooth. Perfect for seasonal skin changes or a special occasion.

• Caribbean Therapy Body Treatment - 60 minutes (with Vichy or Hydro 75 minutes) 
  The most indulgent spa body experience. As you are cocooned in with a warm body masque, you will enjoy a face and scalp massage. Experience the healing benefits of hydrotherapy utilising our Vichy shower or hydrocapsule.

• Customised Massage Therapy - 30, 60 or 90 minutes
  Reduce tension and restore wellbeing. Tired and aching muscles are soothed utilising the power of touch and a customised massage sequence.

• Fusion Stone Massage - 30, 60 or 90 minutes
  Alternating hot and cool stones, infused with aromatic plant oils, are used to deliver a superior massage experience. Melt away the tension and fatigue from your muscles and feel true rejuvenation.

Treatment Enhancements

• Spray Tan - 15 minutes
  Complete your body treatment with a full application of Tuscan Spray Tan for a natural looking glow within two to three hours.

• Waxing and tinting
  Smooth, hairless skin achieved in a relaxing way. A treatment that offers maximum comfort, starting with a deep breath of your favourite Aveda aroma, for less sensitivity.

Hand & Foot Relieving Treatment

• Healing Hands Manicure - 60 minutes
  Includes nail shaping, scrub, customised masque, and massage with hydrating plant moisturisers. A warm towel wrap relieves tired hands. 

• Foot Relief Pedicure - 60 minutes
  Includes nail shaping, skin exfoliation and warm wrap to ease tired and aching feet. A customised masque heals and softens and a foot massage calms and relaxes.  

Face Colour

• Full Make-up Application - 60 minutes
  Includes consultation and application with your own personalised colour recommendation with tips from the experts.
