What does this course involve?

If you are working as a quarry manager, this course will give you the training and skills to measure, quantify, develop and manage operations in a safe, highly-regulated and competitive environment.

You will learn how to develop teams and individuals, produce financial reports, monitor safe workplaces and implement various site plans.

Gain skills in facilitating change within the workplace, promoting the business and conduct safety and health investigations.

Develop skills in effective communication, managing major incidents and emergencies, conducting construction material operation sales and establish quarry operations.

What employment opportunities will I have?

Quarry managers with the diploma qualification are employed in medium to large, complex quarry operations of various material types. This course may provide you with employment opportunities as a manager within sales, concrete, asphalt or administration.
