What does this course involve?

This course is designed to give you the essential skills to work as an administration officer within a medical environment.

You will learn how to use basic to advanced medical terms, prepare and process medical accounts and maintain patient records. You will learn how to apply confidentiality, privacy and security principles within a medical environment, as well as learn how to control medical supplies.
