What does this course involve?

This course is designed to give you clerical, technological and financial skills for work in a range of business administration roles.

You will learn how to produce business documents, communicate effectively in the workplace and handle information.

You will learn how to create and use databases, develop electronic presentations and schedule business travel.
You may also develop your skills in processing financial documents for payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable purposes.
