What does this course involve?

If you would like to work in a 5 Star Resorts, day spa or beauty salons then this is the course for you.

You will be equipped with the most up-to-date beauty treatment knowledge. You will also learn to practice the ancient healing methods of hydrotherapy, aromatherapy and massage.

This exciting course teaches you traditional beauty therapy with a holistic twist, utilising natural products and environmentally sustainable practices.

Experience in a simulated day spa environment will allow you to gain confidence and expertise under the guidance of expert teachers.

Entrance requirements

Australian Year 12 or equivalent with a pass, however relevant senior employment experience in industry will be considered.

English language proficiency

A minimum IELTS overall score of 5.5 (Academic).
A minimum TOEFL score of 530 for paper examination; 179 for computer based and 71 for Internet based.

Cost

$AUD12,700 per year, plus equipment and material cost of $AUD2,500 (approximately) plus amenities fees.

What employment opportunities will I have?

This course leads to work in beauty salons, spa retreats, resorts and hairdressing salons that provide beauty services.

On successful completion of this course and having gained industry experience, you may apply to other higher education organisations to further your studies.
