What does this course involve?

Enhance your international business success, and build on your existing skills and experience with this advanced course. You will develop strong management, leadership and decision making skills for an international business environment. You will receive extensive training in organisational development, strategic planning and managing risk and change. You will also develop and implement business plans, and develop diversity policy and plan compliance management systems.

Entrance requirements

  • Australian Year 12, or equivalent, with a pass
  • Diploma of Business or equivalent, however relevant employment experience in industry will be considered.

English language proficiency

A minimum IELTS overall score of 5.5 (Academic). A minimum TOEFL score of 530 for paper examination; 179 for computer based and 71 for Internet based.

What employment opportunities will I have?

This course may provide you with employment opportunities as an executive officer or other supervisory/management roles in International Business.

What further study options will I have?

You will be able to apply for the Bachelor Degree at Box Hill Institute or other courses at a more advanced level at other institutions and possibly receive credit for studies already undertaken.
Students who successfully complete an Advanced Diploma of Management who wish to progress into the Bachelor Degree in Commerce will be eligible to receive credits for up to 10 subjects which will be assessed after individual assessment.
Inbound International students may also apply for direct entry to both Advanced Diploma of Accounting and Bachelor of Commerce (Applied) as a pathway package.
