What does this course involve?

This course is designed for those involved in the coordination, operational management and overseeing of quality for commercial and industrial buildings.

Learn how to apply building codes, standards and structural principles for medium rise building projects.

You will also learn how to supervise the planning of on-site medium rise building or construction work, as well as knowing how to maintain quality standards and minimise risk.

Plus you will also develop your employability skills and technical knowledge associated with registered building practitioners in this category.

Entrance requirements

Australian Year 12 or equivalent with a pass. Relevant senior employment experience in industry will be considered.

English Language Proficiency

A minimum IELTS overall score of 5.5 (Academic). A minimum TOEFL score of 530 for paper examination; 179 for computer based and 71 for Internet based.

Special admission requirements

Year 12 mathematics (or equivalent).

Cost

$AUD10,500 per year, plus amenities and materials fees.
