Born in Spain but raised in Australia, Camorra's food is inspired by Spanish cooking.
In 2000, Frank travelled Spain to uncover the modern and traditional aspects of the country's cuisine. Bringing his inspiration back to Australia, today his food is celebrated and loved by those who experience it.
But not many would know that Frank has strong roots at Box Hill Institute. The education he received here complimented his on-the-job training, and helped him to develop the skills and knowledge required to work in a professional kitchen environment. It has certainly served him well, and helped him to form a strong base to what can only be described as a hot and sizzling career!
