Short courses

 

The following refund information applies to students enrolled in a self funded short course.

 

Applications for refunds and transfers will be accepted if a request is received at least five working days prior to the start of the course.

 

A standard handling charge of $35 will apply to all transfers. There will be a 25% administration fee for all course withdrawals.

 

A full refund is given only if the class is cancelled.

 

No refunds or transfers will apply once a course has commenced.

 

Processing of refunds takes at least 12 working days.

 

All refunds will be made directly to the payee and will be mailed to the payee's address as shown on the application form. For online/web-based fee payments made via credit card, refunds will only be made to the payee’s credit card as was used for the original fee payment.
