The Victorian Training Guarantee is making vocational education and training more accessible to people who do not hold a post-school qualification, or who want to gain a higher level qualification than they already hold. There is now an unlimited number of government subsidised training places available to people who meet the eligibility criteria.More information
2. Payment Plans
Box Hill Institute are proud to now offer Payment Plans. These payment plans are for students who are not eligible for any other type of loan already available to some students (i.e. FEE-HELP/VET FEE-HELP), and enables you to spread the tuition fee costs over the calendar year. The Payment Plan is with Debit Success, and enables students to make weekly or fortnightly re-payments from their nominated bank account via direct debit. Fees must be paid off (final instalment is due) by one month prior to the course finish date.More information
2. Welfare services
Issues such as homelessness or a financial crisis can cause great stress. The welfare officer at Student Support Services can help you source information and services to help you manage. Contact Student Support Services for further information, phone 9286 9891, or visit Student Support at Nelson Campus (in Room G83).

4. Eligibility for VET FEE-HELP
VET FEE-HELP is an Australian Government loan scheme enabling you to defer part or all of your tuition fees, and re-pay them via the Australian taxation system once your income reaches a certain threshold.

5. Fee Help
For degrees and associate degrees, you may be eligible for Commonwealth assistance through FEE-HELP. FEE-HELP entitles you to defer all or part of your course fees. An additional 25% loan fee applies and repayment of the deferred fee is through the Australian taxation system once your income goes above the designated threshold.

6. Fee concessions and discounts
Fee concessions and discounts may be granted to students who hold valid and accepted concessions cards. Note that not all courses offer a concession rate.
