Degree courses (domestic)
The following refund information applies to local students enrolled in a higher education (degree level) course.
You must officially withdraw via submission of the relevant Course Exit or Unit Withdrawal form.
If you officially withdraw from a course or subject/s on or prior to the subject census date you will receive a full refund of fees for those subject/s. No refund applies for a subject once the census date has passed.
FEE-HELP
If you have deferred payment of your fees through FEE-HELP and you officially withdraw from a course or subjects on or prior to the subject census date, your FEE-HELP application will be cancelled for those subjects.
You will still incur a FEE-HELP debt for those subjects in which you withdraw after the subject census date has passed.
