Areas of Responsibility

Jenny’s role is an Institute-wide leadership position responsible for leading the development and delivery of the Institute’s marketing, recruitment, customer service and engagement strategies. Her responsibilities include:

 

  • Corporate Marketing and strategic brand management
  • Student Recruitment: Domestic and International
  • International Student Services
  • Web/Intranet sites and Internal Communication
  • Customer experience and customer research
  • Key Industry Relationships and Public Relations

 

Professional Background

Jenny has diverse marketing experience spanning private and public sectors; encompasing fast-moving consumer goods, retailing, hospitality, tertiary education and small business consulting.  Jenny has significant experience in vocational and higher education comprising both academic lecturing and education marketing.  Her most recent achievements have been in education marketing where she specialises in brand strategy and identity.
