Box Hill Institute - Terms and Conditions

Confirmation of the program availability and acceptance of students will be sent to schools via the school email address as nominated on this application form. An invoice(s) for fees listed in Box Hill Institute's fees and charges schedule will be sent to the student's named Secondary School to cover all costs associated with the student's course place and application. Any student withdrawal after lodging an application form must be submitted in writing via an official Box Hill Institute VETiS Course Exit Form. No other notification will be accepted. Box Hill Institute's Fee Refund Policy states that fees will be refunded only if the Box Hill Institute VETiS Course Exit Form is received within four weeks of the first date of class for that calendar year. Note that the Certification Fee is non-refundable. Where a Course Exit Form is received after four weeks' commencement of the first class, the student's nominated school will still be liable for all costs.
