VCAL Made Simple

VCAL gives you practical work-related experience, as well as literacy and numeracy skills and the opportunity to build personal skills that are important for life and work.  Like VCE, it is a recognised qualification.

Students who choose to undertake a VCAL program are usually looking for pathways to further study at TAFE and/or employment, for example, apprenticeships.
