FacilitiesOur facilities include a fully equipped gymnasium with a warm-up and cool-down area, pin-loaded machines, free weights, boxing and a large range of cardiovascular equipment to get your heart pumping. We also have full change room facilities with lockers for your personal belongings. Membership packagesWe offer 1-, 3-, 6- and 12-month membership packages with no joining fee; membership suspension periods are offered at no extra cost. Membership payment can be made in full or by fortnightly instalments (after a 50% deposit is paid). Each membership includes a thorough fitness evaluation, a personalised program to assist you to work towards your goals, and a fitness re-evaluation every six weeks.
