Fountains Restaurant has been operating for more than 29 years and is one of Australia’s
premier training restaurants producing renowned chefs such as Tobie Puttock, George
Calombaris, Guy Grossi, Adam D’Sylva, Frank Camorra, Joe Vargetto and Curtis Stone
just to name a few.
Your support gives future up and coming Chefs and Hospitality students the opportunity to

Opening hours:
Lunch: 11.30am – 2.00pm
Dinner: 6.30pm – 9.00pm

Training sessions operate only during school terms.
Non-training sessions operate from 20 February to 14 December inclusive of school holiday periods.
