Fountains Restaurant
Fountains Restaurant was officially opened in 1982.
For more than 25 years Fountains has trained students in all aspects of hospitality and gained a reputation as one of Australia’s premier training restaurants.
Your patronage has allowed Box Hill Institute to continue this tradition of training students of all ages and walks of life and through your support they have now gained hands-on experience.

A non-refundable deposit of $5 per person is required for bookings of 10 or more.
Fountains Restaurant is a full licensed restaurant and does not cater for BYO.
Box Hill Institute Hospitality students are trained to adhere to the best practice in the Responsible Service of Alcohol.
