Fountains Restaurant

Fountains Restaurant was officially opened in 1982.

For more than 25 years Fountains has trained students in all aspects of hospitality and gained a reputation as one of Australia’s premier training restaurants.

Your patronage has allowed Box Hill Institute to continue this tradition of training young and mature age people and through your support they have now gained hands-on experience.

Operational dates 2008

Term 3 - 28 July to 19 September
Term 4 - 6 October to 31 October; 10 November to 28 November

Lunch 12 noon - 2.30pm

3 courses (includes espresso coffee or Twinings teas) - $18.00 per person

Term 3 - Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
Term 4 - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Afternoon tea 1.00pm - 2.00pm

Selected Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays - $13.50 per person

Dinner 7.00pm - 9.30pm

3 courses (includes espresso coffee or Twinings teas) - $24.00 per person

Monday, Friday and selected Saturdays

A non-refundable deposit of $5.00 per person is required for bookings of 10 or more.

Fountains Restaurant is a full licensed restaurant and does not cater for BYO.

Box Hill Institute Hospitality students are trained to adhere to the best practice in the Responsible Service of Alcohol.
