• RMIT Vietnam wanted to improve Library infrastructure and professionalism of library staff at the DaNang campus.

BHI’s role:

• BHI delivered training in the Graduate Diploma of Leadership at the RMIT campus in Hanoi, Vietnam to 24 students
  
• all aspects of the program (selection and mobilisation of staff; logistics; courseware preparation; customisation and translation) were managed by Box Hill Institute
  
• the Graduate Diploma was customised to the needs to RMIT Vietnam for the national staff.
