• managed, coordinated and developed a Certificate IV Training and Assessment program customised to the needs of Galaxy Resort
  
• incorporated specialised content contextualised for the Hotel Industry and utilising Galaxy’s own SOPs
  
• BHI delivered training including classroom, on-the-job and workplace based training and assessment including a range of teaching and assessment methodologies.
