• Specialist training for company apprentices in the Certificate III Electrotechnology: Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
  

BHI’s role:

• BHI designed and continues to deliver a customised training program on site at the Ozmetals mine in Sepon. The program outcomes provide apprentices with an international quality trade course with AQF certification
  
• Training and assessment is delivered in blocks and carefully aligned with enterprise needs

Training is delivered in English and interpreted into Lao; specialist bi-lingual learning materials are used.
