The centre initiated, wrote and managed early versions of the national training package and is the preferred training provider, boasting significant return business.

The centre recognises the safety standards required in high-risk industries and provides the necessary diligence in training and assessment. The centre has the proven capacity to offer flexible service that meets clients’ needs and corporate cultures. It also provides training in language, literacy, numeracy and IT skills to ensure equitable access to training for all staff.

The centre received a gold star rating in 2007 from the Institute of Trade Excellence.
