What does this course involve?
This course is designed for frontline, or ‘first-line,’ managers wanting to develop and expand on their leadership and people management skills.
Apart from studying how to ensure a safe workplace for your staff, you’ll learn how to inspire your team to work effectively and efficiently.
You’ll learn how to drive effective workplace relationships, manage personal work priorities and develop a workplace learning environment.
Gain valuable skills in facilitating continuous improvement and leading change within your workplace.
