What does this course involve?
This course is designed for those wanting to develop their skills as a manager in medium to large enterprises.
You’ll learn the essentials to becoming a good manager, including how to recruit and select the right staff, develop teams and individuals and build client relationships.
Learn how to establish business networks, prepare reports on research and financial activity and manage risk.
