What does this course involve?
This course is designed to develop strategic management skills in senior managers working in medium-sized organisations or Chief Executive Officers in small organisations.
You’ll develop skills in organisational development, strategic planning and managing risk.
You’ll learn how to develop and evaluate business plans, manage people and market concepts and products.
You can choose from an extensive range of electives such as managing operational plans, facilitating change or driving continuous improvement.

This course may provide you with employment opportunities as a senior manager in a medium sized organisation or as a Chief Executive Officer in a small organisation.

- Applicants who have limited management experience should consider completing the Diploma of Business (Frontline) Management prior to attempting the Advanced Diploma
