What does this course involve?
Build on the skills you gained in your Certificate IV business qualification, and hone your ability to work as a manager in medium to large organisations.
You’ll learn how to market services to clients, manage budgets and financial plans and oversee and monitor staff and system performance.
You can choose from an extensive range of electives such as industrial relations, managing workplace relationships or developing marketing plans.
You can also gain skills in analysing and researching information, establishing business networks or monitoring business performance.
