Human Resources staff are a vital part of any business. This course gives you a solid preparation for work in this field.
This is the traineeship version of the Certificate IV course. You can take this course if you are employed in the relevant field and you have previously registered with an Australian Apprenticeship Centre.
You'll learn skills that are common across all human resource operations roles, including presentation, coordinating human resource services, processing documents, recruitment and selection techniques, and working in teams.
What employment opportunities will I have?
Almost all businesses require a human resources department to oversee staff hiring and firing, salaries and the general well-being of employees. Some typical employers include large government organisations and large private enterprises.
You may also work for human resource recruitment consultancies. At the Certificate IV level, you could work in an administration role within the human resources area.

After completing this course successfully, you may wish to apply for entry into the Diploma of Business (Human Resources).
