What does this course involve?
If you're interested in a career as an administrative or receptionist worker, this course gives you the basic knowledge and skills necessary across all business roles.
This is the traineeship version of the Certificate III in Business Administration. You will need a a training contract with an employer, and you must have previously registered with a New Apprenticeship Centre.
You will gain experience in organising workplace information, producing business documents, and recommending and delivering services to clients.
You will learn effective communication, sound teamwork, competent use of business technology, accurate processing of financial documents and efficient information handling.
You'll be prepared for a career in administrative or receptionist work across all industries.
