What does this course involve?
If you want to get a start in an administrative or clerical role, you’ll need basic business skills. This course gives you a solid grounding in skills that apply to all business roles.
This is the Traineeship version of the Certificate II in Business. You can take this course if you have a training contract with an employer and have previously registered with an Australian Apprenticeship Centre.
This course covers essential skills, such as communication, teamwork, use of business technology, processing financial documents and information handling.
This course delivers foundation knowledge and skills required to enter employment as a clerical or administrative worker across all industries.
