What does this course involve?
This welding-specific course provides you with an opportunity to gain advanced skills in the manufacturing and construction industries.
Apart from learning how to apply welding principles, you will learn how to perform welds to code standards using these methods:
- Flux core arc
- Gas metal arc
- Gas tungsten arc
- Manual metal arc
- Manual arc
By choosing the appropriate units, you may be able to sit the Welding Technology Institute of Australia (WTIA) Advanced Welding exams.
