What does this course involve?

This course will give you the essential skills to work as process support worker in the general manufacturing industry.

You’ll gain skills in operating and monitor manufacturing equipment (such as prime movers, pumping systems and valve systems), and produce products using various methods.

You’ll also learn how to relay and respond to information, respond to emergency situations and participate in workplace safety procedures.

Develop your skills to work effectively in a team, learn how to allocate work and monitor Occupational Health and Safety procedures for a work group.

What employment opportunities will I have?

This course may provide you with employment as a process support worker in the general manufacturing industry. Employment opportunities will be slighly more senior than those sought after completion of the Certificate II in Process Support.
