This course will give you the skills and knowledge you need for a successful career in the tourism industry.
You’ll gain a broad understanding of the industry, develop skills in sales and office operations and learn the techniques of international retail sales.
Learn all there is to know about sourcing, quoting and booking products, fares and ticketing and preparing business documents.
You’ll develop your leadership and management skills, learn how to coach others and oversee work operations.
This course is also available to international students.

You may wish to progress into the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management (involving a further 6 months of study).

To apply for a full time position in this course must use the Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre (VTAC) process. Details of the VTAC application process are at www.vtac.edu.au and in the VTAC Guide, which is available from leading newsagents and libraries from August. If after the VTAC places have been offered, the Institute still has vacancies, you will be able to apply directly to the Institute.
