If you’ve completed the Certificate IV in Hospitality (Supervision) this course is designed to build on your existing skills, and develop your managerial skills.
You’ll learn how to monitor work operations, lead, manage and coach people, and handle conflict situations.
Develop your understanding of business technology and office procedures, learn how to provide reception services, and promote products and services to customers.
You’ll also gain an understanding of food and beverage services, marketing and business planning and financial operations.

What further study options will I have?
You may choose to progress into the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management and study for an additional 6 months. You may then wish to progress into the Bachelor of Hospitality Management.
