What does this course involve?
Combine your passion for bread making and retail with this unique course designed especially for Bakers Delight trainees.
Developed in conjunction with Bakers Delight and delivered at Box Hill Institute’s Bakers Delight Centre of Excellence, this course will develop your skills in bread making, preparing and displaying bakery products and performing stock control tasks.
You’ll learn how to effectively interact with customers, provide advice on products and services and carry out point of sale procedures.
You’ll also learn how to implement Occupational Health and Safety procedures, and quality and food safety programs.
