Developed in conjunction with Bakers Delight and delivered at Box Hill Institute’s Bakers Delight Centre of Excellence, this breadmaking course for apprentices is designed to provide all the skills needed to work as a baker in a retail bakery.
You will study course material taken from the Bakers Delight systems and recipes, making training transferable to the workplace.

This course may provide you with employment opportunities in retail or wholesale bakeries or commercial kitchens which require bakers.

Part time 18 months to 3 years (this course was split over 3 years, but the self-paced materials allow it to be completed in a much shorter timeframe)

Will my previous experience or study count?
