What does this course involve?
If you want a career in hairdressing but you don’t want to do the three-year apprenticeship, this course gives you a solid grounding in the skills you’ll need to work in the industry. It can be designed to suit your needs by giving you choice of attendance days and payment plans.
The course combines theory with practical experience in a salon. It provides you with the skills necessary to work as a hairdresser, from the basics, such as how to maintain a clean, safe and efficient workplace, to how to communicate effectively in a salon environment.
When you complete this course you will be qualified to treat, cut, colour and style hair, coordinate a salon team and sell various products and services.
This course is also available to international students.
