What does this course involve?
In this course you will learn the skills and knowledge required to provide enriching programs for infants, pre-schoolers and school age children. The course also equips you with the skills necessary to provide and maintain a safe working environment and to handle all aspects of administration in a childcare organisation. Completion of this course will enable you to work as a Level III Childcare Worker.
You must enjoy being with children and have patience, understanding, energy, adaptability and a willingness to take responsibility.
Note:
It is a requirement of this course that you have a current Working with Children check and National Police Record Check that must be produced on enrolment.
Entrance requirements
Australian Year 12 or equivalent with a pass. Relevant senior employment experience in industry will be considered.
English Language Proficiency
A minimum IELTS overall score of 5.5 (Academic).
A minimum TOEFL score of 530 for paper examination; 179 for computer based and 71 for Internet based.

Applicants should be physically fit, enjoy being with children, have patience, understanding, energy, adaptability, and willingness to take responsibility.
Students who accept an offer of a place must provide evidence of having commenced an immunisation course against Hepatitis B and be fully immunised against Rubella and Tetanus. An immunisation course against Hepatitis A is also advisable.

Aus $9,500 per year
plus amenities and materials fees.
