What does this course involve?

You will learn about the fundamentals of all things electrical, as well as how to use hand and power tools essential to the trade.

You will also learn how to install and terminate wiring systems for network communications, and maintain and repair apparatus and associated electrical circuits. This course will also show you how to diagnose and rectify faults, as well as the commissioning procedures of apparatus and associated circuits.

What employment opportunities will I have?

You may gain employment with sole registered electrical contractors or large electrical contracting organisations.

    Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Recognition of Current Competencies (RCC) takes into account the knowledge and skills you’ve already gained through your previous education and work. This may be through formal or informal training, paid or unpaid work experience, and can earn you credit if relevant to your chosen course.
