This course will give you the basic knowledge and skills to work in a business and marketing role.
You’ll learn how to research and profile markets, identify promotional opportunities, and implement and monitor marketing activities.
You’ll learn to develop work priorities, analyse and present research information and establish business networks.
This course will also teach you how to promote products and services, coordinate customer service strategies and develop teams and individuals.
