This course is designed to give you the essential skills and training to work in human resources administration.
You’ll learn how to use human resource systems, recruit and select personnel and process human resource documents and enquiries.
You’ll learn how to coordinate human resource services, manage work priorities and deliver presentations.
This course will also teach you how to establish business networks, coordinate customer service strategies and maintain business resources.
What employment opportunities will I have?
This course may provide you with employment in a human resources administration role in large government organisations, large private enterprises or recruitment consultancies.

- You must have successfully completed Year 12 VCE or its equivalent, or have one year relevant industry experience
- You must possess the motivation and enthusiasm to complete this course of study
- You must demonstrate an ability to collect, analyse and organise information and correspond effectively
- You must demonstrate a genuine interest in becoming a human resource administrator
