You will learn how to organise work priorities and workplace information, promote products and services and coordinate business resources.
You will develop your leadership skills, learn how to establish business networks and promote innovation and change within your organisation.
This course will also teach you how to coordinate customer service strategies, monitor a safe workplace and develop teams and individuals.

This course may provide you with employment opportunities as a middle manager in a medium-sized organisation or in a business unit of a large organisation.
