This course is designed to give you the essential skills to work as an administration
officer within a medical environment.
You will learn how to use basic to advanced medical terms, prepare and process medical accounts and maintain patient records.
You will learn how to apply confidentiality, privacy and security principles within a medical environment, as well as learn how control medical supplies.
You can choose to undertake a range of electives and study how to prepare and process medical accounts, how to exercise initiative in a business environment and organise schedules.
