This course is designed to prepare you for work as a clerical or administration officer in a range of industries.

You’ll learn how to use your initiative in a business environment, organise your daily tasks and manage workplace information.

You’ll gain skills in producing business documents, maintaining business resources and delivering high-quality customer service.

This course will also teach you how to support innovation and change initiatives within the workplace, communicate effectively with others and meet customer needs.
