What does this course involve?

This course is designed to give you clerical, technological and financial skills to work in a range of business administration roles.

You’ll learn how to produce business documents, communicate effectively in the workplace and handle information.

You’ll learn how to create and use databases, develop electronic presentations and schedule business travel.

You may also develop your skills in processing financial documents for payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable purposes.

  • You must have successfully completed Year 12 VCE or its equivalent; or have one year relevant industry experience
  • You must possess the motivation and enthusiasm to complete this course of study
  • You must demonstrate an ability to collect, analyse and organise information and correspond effectively
  • You must demonstrate a genuine interest in becoming a clerical administrator
