What does this course involve?
This course will give you the knowledge, skills and qualification to operate as a licensed real estate agent in Victoria.
Building on your Course in Property (Agents' Representative) training, you will learn how to conduct property appraisals, obtain property listings and market properties.
This course will also teach you how to provide property management services, present and explain property reports and manage client relationships.
You will develop an understanding of estate agents’ legal liabilities and responsibilities and learn how to implement financial management systems.
What employment opportunities will I have?
After successful completion of this course, you will be a qualified Real Estate Agent.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Recognition of Current Competencies (RCC) takes into account the knowledge and skills you’ve already gained through your previous education and work.
