This course will give you extensive skills and knowledge to find work as a manager in a medium-sized organisation or as a CEO of a small organisation.

You’ll develop essential managerial skills in areas such as strategic planning, risk management and providing leadership across an organisation.

You’ll learn how to manage knowledge and information, oversee innovation and encourage continuous improvement.

This course will also teach you how to review and develop business plans, manage risk and business operations.
