If you want a career as a manager in medium to large-sized customer-focused organisations, or are looking to advance your management career, this course is designed for you.

You’ll learn how to recruit, select and induct staff and manage staff performance.

You’ll develop skills in preparing and managing budgets and financial plans, as well as ensuring a safe workplace for your staff.

You can choose to enhance your management training by undertaking electives such as leading sales teams or implementing marketing solutions.
