This course will give you the basic skills and knowledge to help you seek entry-level clerical or administration work in a range of industries.
You’ll learn how to work effectively in a business environment, communicate with others and deliver customer service.
You’ll learn how to handle mail, produce simple documents and spreadsheets and participate in workplace safety procedures.

- You must have successfully completed Year 12 VCE or its equivalent, or have one year’s relevant industry experience
- You must possess the motivation and enthusiasm to complete this course of study
- You must demonstrate an ability to collect, analyse and organise information and correspond effectively
- You must demonstrate a genuine interest in becoming a clerical or administrative worker
